Fleur has been at WHOC since its inception in 2018, working for the last 14 years as a registered nurse in the oncology/hematology environment. She commenced in Oncology/Haematology at SJOG Hospital where she worked for 12 years after finishing her training before moving to Montserrat and continues to have a deep interest in the complexity of this specialty and the difference that can be made to people’s lives during their individual treatment journeys.

Fleur’s interest in education led her into clinical supervision roles that involved mentoring and supervising the clinical practice of both peers and students in all hospital specialty areas both medical and surgical whilst maintaining her primary role in Oncology. This drive for knowledge and quality improvement motivated her to complete a Masters degree in Oncology and continue further education in Training and assessment to better aid program development and support for clinical training roles.
